Crafted from an 8-gauge heavyweight duck canvas equivalent to approximately 16oz, this fabric is woven by Ogino Canvas — a long-established canvas mill based in Kurashiki, Okayama, with decades of expertise in canvas production.

Woven at high density, the canvas offers exceptional durability and a firm, structured hand feel, while gradually softening and conforming to the body with wear, developing depth and character over time.

Every step of the process, from sewing to final finishing, is carried out entirely in Japan. To fully showcase the fabric’s unique properties, the pants feature a wide-leg silhouette with front pleats, creating a design that is both structured and easy to move in, with a naturally dimensional drape.

Built with durability at its core and comfort carefully considered, this piece is designed to transcend trends—crafted to be worn for years, even decades, as a true lifelong staple.

岡山・倉敷で長年帆布づくりを続ける荻野帆布(荻野製作所)が織り上げた、16oz相当の8号ヘビーウェイト・ダックキャンバスを使用しています。

高密度に織られたキャンバス生地は、優れた耐久性と力強いハリ感を備えながらも、穿き込むほどに徐々に身体に馴染み、奥行きのある表情へと変化していきます。

縫製から仕上げに至るすべての工程は日本国内で一貫して行われ、生地の特性を最大限に活かすため、フロントプリーツを配したワイドレッグシルエットを採用。
構築的でありながらも動きやすく、自然で立体的なドレープが生まれる設計です。

耐久性を追求しつつ、着心地にも配慮した仕立てにより、流行に左右されることなく、10年、20年と、まさに「一生モノ」としてお使いいただける一本に仕上がっています。
